Lunch Break Workout Gym Bag Packing List






For us working gals sometimes the only time we have to workout is during our lunch break. Here are a essentials to keep in the gym bag to make it easier to get back to work.
  1. Baby/Body Wipes: If you have limited time to shower, try using baby wipes to wipe your self down. My favorite are the Pacifica Purify Coconut Wipes.
  2. Refillable Perfume Atomizer Bottle: To smell like you never worked out, make your perfume travel size with a refillable perfume atomizer bottle. This is an efficient and cheaper way to carry your favorite perfume.
  3. Dry Shampoo: A quick way to deal with sweaty and sticky hair after a workout is a dry shampoo. 
  4. DIY Hair Perfume: To get your hair smell freshly showered, make or purchase a hair perfume like this Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Hair Mist.
  5. BB Cream: Putting on a BB cream is a simple way to make your face flawless again. Our go-to BB cream is the Garner BB cream because compared to others it isn’t as sheer. 
  6. Travel Size Deodorant and Face wash: These are important given post workout toiletries. 

After your workout:
  1. Kind Bar: Fueling up after is a must, so a Kind Bar or any nut bar is a great option. They contain good fats to keep you satiety, carbs for energy, and protein to rebuild muscles.
  2. Coconut Water: If your workout was high intense or a long cardio session, than coconut water will help replenish your electrolytes.
