Low Carb Breakfast Tart

I have a pretty set breakfast routine on the weekdays, eggs and oatmeal. This allows to be quick and efficient in preparing my breakfast.
But by the weekend, I am looking for ways to switch my otherwise boring breakfast meal.

I came up with this low-carb breakfast tart alternative that has a surprising crust. It is non-butter croissants roll! Not only does it give a warm sweet flavor, but it is low in carbs. It has a great sweet and savory taste, with a similar taste to pizza.

Please enjoy!

Ingredients

- 1 non-butter cresent rolls package
- 2 tbsp of cream cheese
- 4 turkey sausage (cooked and diced)
1/4 cup your favorite shredded cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp minced green onions
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white

  2. Spread the cream cheese to the border.
  3. After placed the cook sausage and sliced tomato, and sprinkle the cheese on top
