It not surprising to catch my sister and I go into a grocery store and scour the granola/energy bar aisle for anything new. We examine the nutritional content to see if there are snack bars worth trying. 

Here are the 5 best energy bars found in almost any market.

Calories: 185 
Why it’s Good: Low carbs 
For: When you are on a low carb diet and need a snack.

Why it’s Good: High Fiber and Protein 
For: When you are trying to meet your protein macros.

For: When you are avoiding preservatives and need a sweet snack.
