5 Easy Steps For A Body Detox

A body detox is like a tune up for the body. It rids itself of any toxins that comes from your diet and environment. Plus its is a nice kick start to any weight loss program.  Therefore lets go over 5 easy steps to do a complete body detox. It is recommended to do it every two to four times a year.

Step 2: Drink lots of Water

It is important to drink plenty of water during a detox. Water removes feces, which contain toxins, and helps with almost every metabolic process. By drinking water it will allow organs to runs smoother and more efficiently. Also by adding lemon juice to the water, it greater breaks down buildup due to the citric acid.

Step 3: Foods That Help Detoxification

Step 4: Exercise

Which better way to purify the body than sweating out the toxins. Trying getting 4-6 days of exercise in each week. Also by incorporating exercise, and even meditation, it will help reduce stress and help the body run effortless.
