Our Miami Trip & 10 Random Facts About Us

We recently went to Miami for a mini vacation to relax from our everyday work life. If you have never been to Miami I highly recommend it! There is a vibrancy to the city that makes you want to let loose and have fun. Also the beaches are amazing compared to California (don't worry Cali we still love you). 

We wanted to share some pictures from our trip, plus we wanted to give you 10 random facts about us so you get to know us a little more. Enjoy!

10 Random Facts About Us:

1. We live by the beach for the past 5 years but don't actually like to be at the beach. We love to live by a beach to do our exercises and for the laid back attitude of beach towns. However, we do not like to get into the sand and water.

2. We are twins and our mother is a twin too. She is actually one of four pairs of twins that my grandmother had so the twin gene is very strong in our family.

3. We're big Mary-Kate and Ashley fans. It's easy to see why, they are twins and are business savvy. Plus we grew watching full house so our love for them started early.

4. We're proud of our Mexicans and Americans heritage. We are fourth generation American citizens. Our father, grandmother and great-grandma are born in the states, but all three married someone born in Mexico. So Spanish and English is equally spoken in the family.

5. Our favorite shows are Gilmore Girls and Suits. Both have complimented the different stages in life so we enjoy watching them. Who's excited about there possible comeback of Gilmore Girls?!?!

6. We try our best not too look to similar when we go out. We will not wear the same color outfits, hairdo, and clothing type etc. We want to minimize the time we get ask "Are you twins?"

7. We love going for leisurely walks to chitchat or just drink some coffee. This is our way to relax.

8. We both work in business but in different fields. One of us work in one of the largest entertainment companies and the other in a start up tech company. 

9. Although we lack any dancing skills (sadly we did not get Latin dance gene), we love watching and reading anything about the New York City Ballet Company. And we can't wait to see them live one day. 

10. We both have our own guilty pleasures. Danni loves Mexican spicy candy and I love cookies. If you put these in front of us we will devour it in matter of seconds, which is why we they stay far away from our apartment.
